Touristy

Yesterday we spent the day at one of my favorite spots, Ko Olina. They are wonderful lagoons where Sy can play in the gentle waves and we could lay out and relax.
Today a friend came to watch Sylas so mom and I could get out and site see.
We started with Diamond Head.
While it was great exercise hiking up the mountain, the view at the top was totally worth it!

Please excuse the hair, it is windy on top of a crater.


After our hike we got some fabulous mexican food from my favorite spot in Kailua before doing alittle sight seeing around the south shore.
A small island off the coast that looks like a whale.



All those little dots? SURFERS

We had to have a potty break and came across this gem of a spot.
Beach covered in lava rocks making for perfect exploration of tide pools and wave breaks.


Obviously the weather didn't cooperate the whole day but we still had fun!
