All in!
I soaked the tofu squares in Agave syrup and then cooked everything together with tamari, ginger, and garlic. Sy loved it! (thank goodness, he has been so picky lately!)  B and I put lots of hot chili paste on ours and it was perfect wrapped in the giant lettuce leaves.



He is such a goober. Thats why I love him!
