Better late than never right?!
I hope everyone had a great new year. Sy went to bed as normal, B and I polished off two bottles of champagne and then crashed out by 10pm. Yep, we know how to party! hahaha
So a few weeks ago B and I were hanging out watching tv in just the glow of the christmas tree and I thought I saw a mouse run across the floor.
B and I jumped up to chase after it but it was gone. Of course, he thought I was crazy and I put it out of my mind.
THEN! The other morning B came downstairs and said that he had chased a mouse around the living room and lost it.
Can you believe it?!
After pondering this for all of two seconds I annouced we would be doing a "spring" cleaning.
I feel so much better after totally scrubbing the entire house down and we've not seen a mouse yet!
I don't mind mice, just not in my house!
B wants to get one of those sticky traps and I practically hyperventilated in the store over it.
I'll be getting a catch trap where I can take it to be released out in the woods behind us. I can't bare to think of a mouse sticking to something like fly paper.
We've not done much lately.
It has been supremely windy lately so I thought we should fly our kite. Of course as soon as we got out there the wind died out.
Sy still had fun.
